The project consists of a new 4 story self storage facility, totaling approximately 84,840 square feet, with additional 860 square foot storage office off Winfield Boulevard, in the city of San Jose, CA. The first floor provides a completely covered drive in parking garage, and the building is settled within a project site area of 27,419 square feet.
