Position Overview: We are seeking an Job Captain to join our team. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager to help develop, implement, and manage architectural projects. This role requires clear and effective communication, proficiency in creating high-quality drawings, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to achieving excellent results. Successful candidates will contribute to maintaining highly satisfied clients and will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to support the overall project development and management.
• Produce high-quality drawings and design documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Suite.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants and contractors to ensure project success.
• Work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with multiple zoning codes, CBC (California Building Code), and ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) regulations.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of work experience in architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Microsoft Suite.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to thrive in both team and independent working scenarios.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of multiple zoning codes, CBC, and ADA preferred.
• Bachelor’s or technical design degree in Architecture
