This project consists of a new 5 story self-storage facility located at 5260 Vineland Avenue in the city of North Hollywood, CA.  Facility totals approximately 144,200 square feet of storage, including an accessory storage office, as well as Artist tenant spaces along the street front.  On the first floor is an interior parking garage designed to meet the needs of the storage facility and artist spaces together. Design also includes associated buffer and utility enhancements across a total site area of 30,000 square feet (0.69 Acres).
