This project is located at 2700 SE Tacoma Street in the city of Portland, Oregon.  Project consists of a new 4 story climate-controlled self-storage facility with interior drive-in covered loading access.  The project is approximately 192,438 square feet and includes an accessory 973 square foot accessory storage office.  Site improvements took into account the flood plain location on the property, and consisted of grading, parking, landscaping, utility improvements and buffer enhancements across a total site area of 2.77 acres.
