The Hawaiian Gardens Self-Storage project is located in Los Angeles County in a highly trafficked and dense area. The site presented challenges with how to achieve a required square footage on a compact corner lot while also complying with city design requirements.

The Magellan Team executed a multi-level building that maximizes the allowable footprint and created a design that blends the façade into the surrounding neighborhood. The use of tall windows, an extended entry canopy, and neutral colors creates the illusion of a retail or office-like experience.
