This project consists of a new 3 story self storage facility located at 2215 N. Gaffey Street in the city of San Pedro, CA.  Facility totals approximately 130,019 square feet of storage, including an 840 square foot accessory storage office space at the street front.  This building is built within a steep slope and has vehicle drive up and pedestrian entrance at all three levels as you move towards the back of the site.  Design also includes associated buffer and utility enhancements across a total site area of 88,032 square feet (2.0 Acres).
