The Project consists of the construction of a new 2 story climate controlled self-storage facility at 8800 E. Speedway Boulevard in the city of Tucson, AZ.  The facility totals approximately 99,842 square feet and includes site improvements consisting of grading, parking, landscaping, and buffer enhancements across a total site area of 2.16 Acres.
