Project consists of a tenant improvement for the second story of an existing 2 story facility at 5300 Adolfo Road in the city of Camarillo, CA.  Needed to convert the 75,879 square feet second floor to self-storage to match the first level by upgrading the structural system and phasing the project to not disturb the existing operation as minimally as possible. We also provided 113 new covered RV parking/storage stalls in the adjacent parking lot and provided decorative fencing and site security measures.  RV shade structures provided new PV Solar paneling.
